In addition please note, we do not cover the additional cost, imposed by local authorities, e.g. duty taxes, VAT, tariff, etc, as well as shipping cost.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

CINEMOOD may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. CINEMOOD may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify CINEMOOD's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The CINEMOOD Website reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If CINEMOOD cancels an order after you have already been billed, CINEMOOD will refund the billed amount.

You can purchase your items online and have them delivered directly to your door worldwide. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery from the CINEMOOD Website and Indiegogo page.

Order Acknowledgement

Once your order is placed on CINEMOOD Website or Indiegogo page, you will receive an automatical receipt of your purchase and summary of items on your order. Later we will contact you to confirm your order, the delivery address, a contact number and a delivery date. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Shipment Notification and Tracking Number

If you chose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and an approximate delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Pickup Reminder

Both the delivery company and we will send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up. In this case, you might be asked for additional information about your address.

Shipping Cost and Tax

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page of the CINEMOOD Website (cinemood.com) before you complete your order. It may vary depending on the country you order from. As well, make sure you contact your tax authorities since additional VAT or Tax Duty may be applied, even though it's already included on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

VAT or Tax Duty application process, as well as shipping cost, may vary on other online platforms and retailers.

Standard Return Policy
We truly believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the CINEMOOD Website, Amazon, Indiegogo and other online stores, as well as our retail partners. That's because we go out of our way to ensure that CINEMOOD Storyteller is designed and built to be just what you and your family need to enjoy precious memories together.

We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online at


For any undamaged product, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (except gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • If more than 30 days have elapsed from the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The following products are not eligible for return: dowloaded content from the CINEMOOD Store.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from CINEMOOD, either online (Indiegogo, Amazon, b8ta) can be returned to CINEMOOD. CINEMOOD products purchased through other offline retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy

For any defective product, your item have one year warranty for CINEMOOD Storyteller and one month for any CINEMOOD Smart Cover from the day you received it. You can find more about your warranty in the Warranty section.
How to return an item?
To return any undamaged or damaged item, a product should meet our Standard Return Policy. As well, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from CINEMOOD Website and our other online partners:

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Before shipping your product back to CINEMOOD Trendsetter for return, exchange or refund please contact our Customer Support Centre at support@cinemood.com or call +1 650 921-1365 to be guided through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received, it may take us a few working days to inspect it and send you an email to notify you of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund in case of damaged either undamaged item.

For any undamaged product, if a product is approved for exchange or refund, we will initiate the process of exchange within 30 working days from the day we received the product along with refund that will automatically be applied to original method of payment.

For any defective product, if a product is considered as damaged, we will exchange or refund the cost of purchase as you will.

In addition, please note the following:

  • if you return an undamaged product, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you return a defective product for refund or exchange, we will cover all shipping costs both ways.
  • In case of exchange a product, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Additional steps are required when shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Note FOR AUSTRALIA, JAPAN AND REST OF WORLD ONLY – before you return an order, please make sure you contact your tax authorities to confirm if any refunds on import taxes need to be settled.
Practical refunds & Other
All received products, defective either undamaged, should meet our Standard Return Policy and other Terms. Otherwise, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In these cases, we reserve the right to consider alternative refund policy on a per case basis.

Late or missing refunds

We hope on your understanding that there might be circumstances beyond of our control, that's why if you haven't received a refund yet please follow the steps:

  • First check your bank account again, since it may take some time before your is officially posted.
  • If your refund is still not posted, contact your credit card company or bank for more information and details. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, as well.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cinemood.com asap.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
